Max Tau currently drives the data, digital, people and process portfolio for the strategic transformation project SPEED360 at Tommy Hilfiger.

Before PVH, Max spent 6 years with Capgemini Consulting as part of the leadership team of the Global Consumer Products, Retail and Fashion sector. He is as passionate about well made prodcts as he is about the processes and people behind those products.

He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Political Science and Econometrics.

Amitabh Apte is the Director, Digital Foundation Integration, at Mars. There, he drives API-led integration for digital foundations.

Previously, he acted as Chief Technology Officer for the FTSE 10 company, Reckitt Benckiser Group. Earlier in his career, Apte held positions across India and Europe, at firms including Star Alliance and Deutsche Bank.

Ranked as one of the 2018 Top 100 UK IT Leaders by Computing Magazine, Amitabh has a 20-year track record in delivering successful Digital Technology experiences across a range of industries and global markets.

He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick with Distinction, and an MS in Computer Science with Distinction from the University of Pune.

Francine van Dierendonck (41) holds an MSc. degree cum laude in Biotechnology from Wageningen University and Delft Polytechnical University. After 3 years in Management Consultancy, she worked for 7 years at eBay and Marktplaats.nl, the last years as Director Marketing and member of the MT. At Philips she became responsible for the turnaround of Philips Direct-to-Consumer channel and Philips Consumer Lifestyle’s Digital Strategy. The deeply felt love for both Consumers and Innovation steered her from a Corporate role towards traditional Retail. This resulted in a board position with Miss Etam. The fashion retailer got into trouble, went through bankruptcy and restart with van Dierendonck on board. Two and a half years ago van Dierendonck took on the role of CEO Xenos, a Dutch/German retail chain with 4000 employees and 270 stores.  Van Dierendonck led Xenos through a large transformation and restructuring process. Recently Xenos was sold.
